Dear Customer,

We are aware there is a great deal of concern and uncertainty about the impact of the Coronavirus on businesses and we wanted to reach out and share with you our current position.

First and foremost, we at TWE have taken all sensible precautions to protect both staff and customers, and are pleased to advise that it’s business as normal. We are confident that we are well positioned to ensure continued service to you our customers, despite the challenges that we all face.

Our delivery drivers will no longer ask you to sign for the goods from a health perspective. Instead they will ask for the name of the person receiving the goods and sign the signature box on there behalf. During this period, we will also not offer our usual COP service to reduce the risk to both our staff and our customers, if you require to send additional paperwork, please affix a ‘documents enclosed’ pouch directly onto the pallet.

If you have any concerns please call us and we will answer any of your queries.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and teams are our utmost priority. Please be assured that we are taking all the precautions necessary and are following Government guidelines. We would like to thank you for your ongoing support during these unprecedented times.
